Description
The famous egg engined OHV four stroke in a sporting lightweight frame. Registered in UK in Historic vehicle category with age related number plate. Manufactured in 1960, MOT and tax exempt. Sympathetic restoration to bring this rare machine back to running condition. All original parts retained as far as possible, the following work having taken place: full nut and bolt strip down clean and re-build, paint matched respray (tank not completed), new rear shock absorbers, seat re-covered, new grips, foot rest covers and rear footrests, new speedo cable and speedo, new rear lens, new breather pipe, new rectifier, replacement cylinder (re-bored), new tyres front and back. Only item not working is the speedometer drive which requires replacement. Fuel tank needs dents knocking out and respraying. Runs and rides. Suitable for further restoration or enjoy as is.
