Beautiful and rare rigid frame TR5 Trophy. Matching numbers for engine and frame. Genuine stampings.
The Trophy was owned and fully restored by an engineer and driven just 5000kms since restoration.
The bike is a real pleasure to ride, tight and punchy with a lovely exhaust note. The engine starts first kick. Gears select freely. Every aspect of this bike has been rebuild and it shows.
Paint and chrome in very good condition.
All alloy engine as was standard on TR5 Trophies. BTH comp magneto fitted. Original Dunlop rims fitted. Lucas quickly detachable headlight fitted.
The Trophy comes with VMCC certificate confirming dispatch date on the 3rd of January 1953.
This Triumph needs nothing and is ready to be enjoyed on the road. Comes with current registration documents.
