I have my very rare pre production run 93 Viggen Coupe for sale, to my knowledge the only one in the UK, certainly not another on the Saab register or Coupe either. The car is well known in the Saab community as having belonged to Saab GB and still has the Saab fleet number plates and tax disc holder in place. It belonged to Saab up until the demise of Saab GB in 2011, it then passed into the ownership of Saab parts/ ORIO when they acquired the assets of Saab GB and remained with them until 2016 when it was purchased from them by a senior member of their team. Being a retired Saab technician i jumped at the chance to purchase it when i heard it was coming up for sale and be its next custodian in 2019. My Viggen has the pre production vin number 000016 and these pre production cars were developed by Tom Walkinshaw for Saab. I have all the paper work to support its provenance. The car is original but has had the Abbott Racing steering rack brace and subframe brace etc also has Abbott shocks and springs fitted, i still have the originals. Genuine 75k miles, MOT until May 2022, new tyres and refurbed Viggen alloys fitted in the summer, along with new AC compressor and pipes as required, sump was dropped and strainer checked, all good, new uprated engine breather kit fitted. So much to tell about the car impossible to list it all here so please contact me for more info. I have only decided to sell the Viggen as my 14 year old Grandson has just obtained his junior racing licence and we are hopefully contesting the Fiesta ST 150 junior championship with him next year. I would like it to go to a new owner who will cherish it as we have so only serious enquiries please.
