Developed by Racebolt from a 2010 RC8R (single spark)into what is possibly the best RC8R on offer today.

The engine was fully rebuilt at Racebolt with a new 1290 crankshaft, rods, mains, big ends, barrels, pistons and rings (1301cc).
Gearbox fully rebuilt with new selectors and hardened steel shift star
Oberon billet clutch slave cylinder.
Heads were ported by Ray Stringer Dyno`d and mapped per cylinder by JHS Racing to 182bhp atw 103ft/ lbsBy far the most powerful RC8R they have ever had on their dyno.
The engine was post Dyno inspected and approved by JHS Racing using an inspection camera.
Oil and filter was also changed and inspected (perfect).
A full 20bhp more throughout the rev-range than a standard RC8R 2014 twin spark, on the same dyno.
Also more powerful than our own Akro kitted 2020 1290 SDR!
