This is a 60's style body conversion called a SAMMIO SPYDER.
Correctly registered with DVLA.
Recently re-built using Triumph components which included a
replaced galvanized chassis.
All new polly-bushed suspension arms.
New fully adjustable front coil-over shocks.
New rear shocks.
New braking system all around up-rated to servo assisted.
New complete clutch.
New aluminium radiator with kenlow fan.
Complete rewire.
New lights all around.
Period matching clocks (tri-gauges, rev counter, speedo).
Fiberglass seats.
Wire wheels
New tyres.
Recent paint British Racing Green, and decals.
Power is delivered by a 1500cc 4 cylinder triumph dolomite engine running spitfire 1 1/ 2" SU carburettors with spitfire exhaust manifold.
4 speed manual gear box.
Fitted with a removable fiberglass half tonneau cover.
This is a real fun car to drive, seat-of-the-pants motoring at it's best!!
This is registered as Historic Vehicle so MOT and TAX exempt. Being 1962 it is also seat belt exempt (although lap belts are currently fitted).
Although MOT exempt it will be sold with a current MOT .
Obviously it attracts a lot of attention where ever it goes so it's not for the shy retiring type!.
This is being sold to fund a camper van so PX or exchange considered even a camper van needing work.
