The 3CE was the earliest form of the Jota it just wasn't called JOTA. E stands for English as it was made especially for the English market through Slater Laverda in Bromyard. This bike was purchased Slaters in August 2001. It is registered in UK as an historic vehicle meaning af free riding access to everywhere in London. It is owned by ex editor and secretary of the International Laverda Owners Club. It was ridden regularly up until 2012 and then inytermitantly. In 2020 it received som care and attention- a rebore with Ross pistons+rings, new cam blocks, cam chain + tensioner blade. This was done through G. C. S, Three Legged Cross, Wimbourne. Then Keith Nairn at Laverda Scocia renovated the head with new valves seats, guides, seals and valve springs. To complete the renovation a complete new Redax Ignitech ignition system with 3 phase charging system and Nology coils was fitted. It has new rear tyre, has stainless brake hoses, hump seat and rear sets as standard. It comes with a few spares, manuals and an original handbook.
