Kawasaki W650, 2000 on a W registration. 31, 300 miles, it is in very tidy condition, as can be seen in the photographs. Also comes with the complete Hepco & Becker luggage system in the photos, which would cost almost £1000 to buy new. One pannier is 30 litres, the other is 40 litres, and the topbox takes a full face helmet.
Also fitted with full chrome engine bars and really neat handguards that work well but don’t detract from the look of the bike at all. All the chromework is in excellent condition throughout the bike, and the wheels are blemish free. The paintwork is generally excellent everywhere. The worst flaw in the paintwork is a small push-in dent in the right hand side panel, which is just visible in the photograph above the W650 badge, which it took me a while to spot when I bought it, otherwise any other marks are pretty much unnoticeable. The engine covers have some really minor blemishes under the lacquer, and if I was keeping the bike I would strip the lacquer off and polish the aluminium to give it a real shine. I have polished out the bevel cover since the photos, and it has come up mint with no effort. I'm only pointing this out because I like to be completely honest in my description of the bike.
Mechanically sound. Only four former keepers, it has fair amount of history, several MOTs back to 2013 showing mileage progression. The bike also has a full 12 months MOT ticket, with no advisories. Tyres are excellent, rear is new. A genuine ‘get on and ride away’ machine. The bike is 4 miles from junction 27 of the M6, near to Chorley in Lancashire, BACS or cash on collection.
