Pending collection.
This must be one of the best left in the country ... a cherished Rover 25 1. 6 iXL with just 6, 500 miles. Serious enquiries welcome ... but tyre kickers and email conversationalists, please go elsewhere.
The car has been garaged previously and is also garaged with me. Happy to sell with a brand new MOT for the price we agree on, I'm that confident it will fly through with zero advisories.
I've had the car fully serviced (sparks, cambelt, water pump, oil change, filter change, air con regas, new premium battery, etc). The engine was running so sweetly, but as a precaution, I had an upgraded MLS head gasket fitted, with receipt as proof. This was done by the very well regarded MG-Rover Mobile Mechanics down in Derby, who can vouch for the car's condition.
Finally, I've renewed all four tyres with premium all weather Continentals, seeing as the car was still running on the originals! The car comes with its original radio cassette, plus an upgraded Rover CD player I've installed.
The car is in near concourse condition and I'd simply like to make back what I paid for it. I'll have to chalk up my £1, 000+ worth of expenditure as one of those things that we do while in custodianship of such a fine vehicle!
Serious offers considered, but timewasters need not apply. This isn't your usual rusty, engine failed Rover and in a few short months it's started lots of conversations at the petrol station and in the car park from people who had one and can't believe how clean this one is :)
