A rare Benelli 350 single.
During the 1960s the Benelli company became heavily involved in the American motorcycle market. Bikes were designed and made in Italy for export and sold in the USA through a number of catalogue companies. This particular model from 1968 was sold as a Wards Riverside.
Imported into Britain in 1974 and at a later date rebuilt in the style of a 1960's cafe racer, these bikes are very rare in the UK.
This bike, well known in Benelli circles, was at one time owned by the renowned Norton expert Dr George Cohen. The photos show the bike with 'Ace' bars though I have now replaced these with a wider flat type.
