Now going to sell my james as i have bought a new bike. Its a 1959 k7 captain, with villiers 10e 200cc 2 stroke engine with 3 speed gearbox. runs and rides, registered as historic so tax and mot exempt. Engine starts easily and sounds good. Gear selector needs looking at as you have to only touch pedal very lightly to get 2nd and 3rd. First gear is fine. Has cycle speedo fitted as rear speedo drive not currently working. Bike has been brush painted years ago but I like the aged look. I fitted new bars and risers, new front tyre, has a good tyre on rear. has good brakes and recently done 20 miles on the road. Lights and horn working. On age related plate. Was stored for last 30 years until I bought it in March.
