Berrybrook are delighted to offer for sale, on behalf of the owner, this Pampa T02 tractor dated in the late 1950s. Pampa tractors were built in Cordoba, Argentina by Industrias Aeronáuticas y Mecánicas del Estado (I. A. M. E.), (translated: Mechanical and Aeronautical Industries of the State).
I. A. M. E. was founded by Argentina in 1952 out of the Institute Aerotecnica to produce tractors and motorcycles, and built licensed copies of the Lanz Bulldog. In 1959, Fiat purchased the factory and renamed it "Fábrica de Tractores FIAT-Concord", producing Fiat-Concord tractors. Perkins then purchased the factory in 1961 and stopped building tractors in 1963.
This Pampa T02 is a 60hp single cylinder hot bulb engine. It will go at around 20mph which is fast for such a large machine!
Recent work carried out includes:
- New Radiators
- New Fuel Pump
- New Reed Valves
- New Tyres
- New Brakes
There is a rear tow bar which is not currently fitted.
The tractor runs beautifully and is ready to rally!
