Hi here I have for sale my 1996 caterham 7 super sport . It’s currently undergone a massive renovation completely back to chassis , re-powder coated and new bushes bearings break discs pads and just about any rubber part has been replaced . The gear box which is a 6 speed caterham box and the lsd have both been rebuilt by Phil at road and race and the engine has had new tappets and and gaskets and seals . It’s a 1600 caterham k series super sport engine with super sport cams and verniers and I believe caterham strengthen the bottom end and dry sump with gold pump .
Nitron suspension all round 16 point gas adjustable I believe on coil overs .
4 pot front callipers and bigger break master cylinder .
It’s covered roughly 26000 miles from new and I believe I have all the old mots to prove this although the car did sit for some years before I bought it and I have only done a few hundred miles in it before I started restoring it .
There is a couple of bits still need doing as I’ve just ran out of time to finish her off . The bonnet needs finishing as I was going to put a carbon wrap on that as the Matt orange is also a wrap over the original yellow . She has caterham tillet seats brand new harnesses from caterham and runs and drives fine but she hasn’t been used really in the last few years . I now have a 2020 academy car which is also for sale as im after a 620 now .
