just under 200 bhp yet manages 40 mpg on a run!
169k roughly, manual gearbox, mot to august 2022, recent front tyres, 2x keys.
had the same owner for 12 years who carried out regular servicing themselves, upgrades to the brakes, exhaust system and it’s got a performance air filter not long fitted.
sadly the folder of history was lost in a house move by the previous owner, i noticed the v5 was a duplicate document when i brought it so there is likely some truth to this, it certainly feels like a well serviced car engine wise. Last service would be coming upto 9k ago, towards the end of 2021, so will be due another service in the next couple months, but only a minor one this time as that last service included the air filter and spark plugs, plus brake discs skimmed.
outside is rough for a 16 year old car and in general i feel the car will need work for another mot, there’s a spot of welding on one of the sills required and various warning lights on the dash that will need looked into or cleared. You might get lucky but i’d factor in having to spend some money if you went down the route of moting car, might be more suitable for export or a spares/ donor car.
