1922 Douglas 2 3/ 4 hp restoration project. Frame, forks, gearbox, hubs and handlebars restored to a high standard. Engine complete with mag and carburettor (barrels removed for inspection) all in good but unrestored condition. Fuel tank complete with pump and sight glasses in excellent unrestored condition. Wheel rims powder coated but need further cosmetic work, Original footrests, mudguards, rear carrier, rear light housing and toolboxes are with the bike and may be useable with some work. Comes complete with new beaded edge tyres and inner tubes.
As far as I am aware, the only major parts missing are the saddle, gear shift lever, rear brake block mechanism, throttle lever and the remainder of the acetylene lights.
The engine and frame numbers both relate to 1922 and are only 13 numbers apart, sadly there are no documents with the bike.
