I have for sale my 2004 Tiger Super Six Kit Car.
Under the bonnet is a Silver Top Zetec 2. 0 litre engine with twin 45 Weber carburettors and a Weber Alpha ECU kit. Cars in this configuration can be expected to achieve in the region of 160 BHP – plenty for such a lightweight car. The gearbox is a Ford Type 9 with a short shift kit. Brakes have a custom servo system, to improve city driving. This can be easily deactivated for track use. The car is rapid off the line, and an exhilarating drive!
On the exterior, the car has custom front wings (the original wings are included), custom rear lights and spare wheel carrier. It sits on the original Wolfrace alloys, all in excellent condition.
The interior is fully custom and coordinated with padded gear tunnel, custom carpets, custom Intatrim seats and rollover bar. The dashboard is completely remade to accommodate an Acewell digital dash unit, keyless and pushbutton start (original rollover bar and dashboard are included).
The car comes with full wet weather gear (hood and side screens). There is also a tonneau cover, however it requires modification to fit over the new seats. Overall, the car is in excellent condition, with a current MOT. It also benefited from a new timing belt and full service only last year. However, as it is regularly used, there are some stone chips in the paint, a couple of chips in the windscreen and some small tears in the backs of the seats (where the harness mounts rub).
Viewing is highly recommended, and test drives very welcome, although regrettably only from the passenger seat. Also included in the sale are various spares and paperwork documenting the history of the car and multiple invoices.
