Purchased from a renowned classic Harley specialist in Holland early 2020 I imported this Duo Glide. Sadly a recent injury means I have decided to sell some of my kick start only bikes. Reg'd in USA 30/ 6/ 1960. Imported Netherlands April 1992. Matching numbers bike, VIN60FL4020.
Since I owned it I have changed the rear shocks the pegs, correct resistance coil, copper leads, Champion plugs. Period Super B carb runs great, new battery & oil. Belt primary drive, apart from that running gear is stock to the best of my knowledge.
It runs along between 60-70 quite happily and it’s not loud so a very pleasant ride.
This is a very fair price for a show ready bike you can ride away. I’m not interested in PX, swaps Etc lowball offers, dreamers or tossers with no money.
V5 present in my name and i’m the first UK registered keeper. It’s listed as historic so no MOT or tax. I also have all the import paperwork/ NOVA & Dutch reg'.
