Made by Mesicek & Co of the Czech Republic. This 42" child's penny farthing bicycle is one the finest reproductions you can buy. Over 20 years old now, it is in fine condition with only minor cosmetic marks to the frame and forks. Hollow section rims with tangent spokes and brass machined hubs. Both hubs run with sealed bearings and the bicycle is built with the original designs in mind. Nickel plated fittings including the brake, nuts and bolts and also the spring saddle frame. Leather top to the hammock saddle is in good order. Adjustable cranks and fine nickel plated pedals. It has had very little use and would make a fabulous christmas or birthday present for a lucky child.
