Just arrived in stock with us at RFH Classics we have this little gem of a 1995 (M) Rover 214 SEi Cabriolet finished in British Racing Green with Beige Cloth Trim. This 3 owner example is a true 4 Seat convertible has had the same owner for the past 25 years and has spent a number of those years in France and the UK. Originally supplied through Wadham Kenning of Southampton, the car has had just 2 previous owners, the first of which we believe was the Rover Group. The 2nd owner purchased the car in 1996 and owned it until 1999 where it then went on the last owner who has kept the vehicle in wonderful original condition throughout with no dents or scratches and a bonnet that is remarkably stone-chip-free. The Alloy wheels are excellent and look as though they have never refurbished.
The interior is in fantastic condition with no rips or tears to the seats and it has a fully working Electric Folding roof that again is in great condition. The car has Electric Front Windows and in the office we have the original Rover Radio head unit. The engine fires into life at the turn of the key and under the bonnet is the DOHC 1. 4 16v engine that when new produced 102 bhp. The service book has 11 stamps in the book through to 59, 003 miles and prior to leaving us the car will benefit from a replacement Cam Belt, Water Pump and an Oil & Filter Service ready for the new owner to continue the enjoyment.
Records indicate there are now just 16 of these 1995 214 Cabriolets licensed for road use so for sure this is getting a very unusual car to see on the road today.
