1966 Royal Enfield Turbo Twin Sport
This is a rare bike, less than 1000 made but unlike some other rare bikes spares are readily available as it is has basic Royal Enfield cycle parts and Villiers 4T two stroke 250cc engine.
The bike benefits from several upgrades including electronic ignition, regulator/ rectifier, primary chain tensioner, new brake shoes have been fitted front and rear
The engine has been checked over by Villiers Service of Brierley Hill and is running on standard bores and pistons, they also fitted the electronic ignition and tuned the engine. Receipts for recent work carried out and parts purchased are available
The mileage is not correct as the speedo on the bike when I purchased it was incorrect so the correct grey face speedo was sourced and has been refurbished and serviced.
The bike starts and runs well and has won a couple of awards in it's time, including one at the Stafford classic bike show and won best none Triumph at a recent T. O. M. C. C. event.
