Vehicle history:
In the 70s, mainly Japanese motorcycle manufacturers, namely Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha started to build motorcycles with inline four-cylinder engines. These engines were powerful by the standards of the time. The chassis and brakes, on the other hand, struggled to keep up with the power of the engines. Resourceful entrepreneurs were needed to redress this imbalance. One of them was Fritz Egli from Aargau in Switzerland. For the same reason, three Swiss tinkerers got together to create the MoKo brand. The name MoKo is composed of the first letters of the words "motorcycle" and "construction" ("Konstruktion" in German).
This machine is one of a total of 280 produced motorcycles until 1988. It has several technical modifications and a special airbrush paint job.
