This is a very rare Microplass Mistral MKII barchetta, assembled in the USA in 1965, with the excellent mechanics of the Triumph TR4 and the MKII bodywork model produced by Microplas in England. Unique in Italy and ASI homologated. The car weighs a total of 700KG. This example was imported in the 1980s to England and remained in the garage for many years. It was completely restored respecting the originality and racing accessories, in the period 2016-2018. Restoration "nut and bolt". New engine with Kent Cams, Dell'orto carburettors, larger valves, reinforced head gasket, Derrington aluminium intake manifold, 4 into 1 stainless steel exhaust, custom built oversized radiator, wire wheels, electronic distributor and much more..... power exceeds the standard 110hp of the TR4 engine. The car has received TARGA ORO homologation and is eligible for Italian and international competitions.
