First registered September 1988 (F Reg) this rare Astra GTE Cabriolet has just 55, 000 miles recorded. The first owner kept the car until 2010 when according to the MoT certificate for the that year, around 51, 000 miles had been recorded. The second keeper who has kept the car since then has added just another 4, 000 or so miles and restored the car into what in our opinion is a truly excellent example, of this rare car. It is in a fantastic condition and it drives without fault!
Supplied with the original service book, with stamps aplenty and handbooks are present along with a collection of invoices for parts. Plus, one key does it all.
An Advisory free MoT is in place until March 2024.
With many nice period touches with the car including the LCD dashboard, original plates and even a selection of cassette tapes in the cassette holders, including “Now that’s what I call music 15 and Simple Minds” which may be as rare as the car itself (but possibly not as desirable) :-)
We believe there are less than 170 examples left registered in the UK with 150 of these recorded as SORN. A super little modern classic that is absolutely on the button - just 19 left on the road......
