MG Metro Turbo, registered in February 1985.
An unmolested example which has been well looked after. Two previous owners (wife and husband) before me.
Bodywork and paintwork is mostly original. I did have the front wings replaced (with genuine Turbo ones) and had the bonnet resprayed at the same time because of stonechips.
Interior is in very good condition. All instruments in working order including the overhead boost gauge.
Engine and gearbox are fine and are believed to have been reconditioned by the previous owner.
Not a concours vehicle, but could be made so very easily. There is a small car park dent on the passenger door and a small scratch on the door handle. I had the wheels reconditioned, but there is a small amount of pickling on two of them.
Comes with original bill of sale, just about every MOT and tax disc it's ever had plus a copy of Practical Classics from May 2007 in which it appeared.
Passed MOT on 28. 04. 23 with no advisories.
