Lotus Elite MK14 Climax Series 2 1962 LHD for restoration. **** DEPOSIT TAKEN****
Been in storage since 1972 and imported into the United Kingdom in 1990 by a well known Lotus Formula One mechanic from the 1960's, Cedric Selzer. Just removed from storage recently. Original Series 2 Elite with matching numbered engine. Engine turns. The car has the factory body shell, doors, bonnet and boot. The car has some light frontal damage and some fibreglass damage in the boot but as far as can be seen not structural. The body has been partly stripped of its paint and the car is better in the flesh than in the photos! Some parts missing but all important parts are present. Most parts available from MKI4 Components in Suffolk. VAT and duty has been paid. Great opportunity and excellent value.
