The Panigale V4 marked a new and important chapter in Ducati's history, a "symphony" of performance and emotions that's 100% Italian. Panigale V4 is the first mass-produced Ducati motorcycle to be equipped with a 4-cylinder engine, closely derived from the Desmosedici of the MotoGP. The S version comes with Öhlins event-based electronic control; this uses the second-generation Öhlins Smart EC (Electronic Control) system that, exploits the full potential of the IMU 6D. This list of rider aids is impressive and refined further for 2022. ABS Cornering EVO, Ducati Traction Control (DTC) EVO 3, Ducati Slide Control (DSC), Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) EVO, Ducati Power Launch (DPL), Ducati Quick Shift up/ down (DQS) EVO 2, Engine Brake Control (EBC) EVO and Ducati Electronic Suspension (DES) EVO.
