Description
Lotus Elite No. 1619 was first registered in 1961 and re-built as a race car in 2006. It has a current FIA Historic Technical Passport (HTP) until 31st December 2025, and as such is eligible for some of the most prestigious historic events throughout the UK and Europe including Goodwood Revival, Le Mans Classic, Silverstone Festival as well as the popular Equipe Pre '63.
With quality rather than cost in mind, this Elite was re-built to the very highest standards on a new CBU body shell, with lightweight bonnet, boot lid and doors.

The vehicle also comes with a file of paperwork, including the current V5 and the original logbook. There are historic pictures of the car, as well as a photographic record of the race build from 2006. The original bodyshell (albeit in poor condition) is also available should the new owner wish to retain it.
As one would expect with a car built to exacting standards, this Elite is in superb mechanical condition throughout and this is also reflected in the excellent condition of the body and paintwork.
