Multi-component seaplane car mascot of the highest quality, chrome-plated on brass, highly detailed, with well-crafted floats, cockpit, engine banks and spinning propeller. The Supermarine Seaplane won the Schneider Trophy outright in 1931 at a speed of 357mph.
Designed by R J Mitchell, who later designed the Supermarine Spitfire. Mounted to a period Phantom III radiator cap, ready to display.
