I bought this 3500S in 1981 and had ten years of very enjoyable motoring in it before taking it off the road to carry out some restoration work. It never got finished and the car has been sitting in a garage for most of the time since. The rear wings are not perfect, but pretty good, but I took the rear lights out and currently don't know where they are, they may be inside the boot. Also need to find the rear bumper. The front wings have some rot, but are restorable. There are some holes in the inner wings. The interior is tidy and the engine had no unwanted noises when put away, although starting it again has proved difficult, due to gum in the carbs and pump.
All in all it could be restored to a very nice car again. Has four reasonable tyres, although having been standing on them for many years I would hestitate to recommend them, but the spare is an unused Avon Turbosteel. Will need a trailer to remove.
