Here for sale we have a smart, five seater modern four wheel drive previously owned by a relative of the company. It is therefore a private sale of a privately owned vehicle bound by the terms thereof.
We purchased this vehicle several years ago, and it has been maintained by us throughout this period and has been wholly reliable - only requiring routine maintenance as with all cars. This vehicle was chosen due to its constant four wheel drive capabilities, whilst being relatively economical to run, coupled with the renowned reliability of the Daihatsu® brand. This proved to be the case throughout ownership, and it is with regret that we are parting with this superb little four wheel drive. It also comes with differential lock, making it hugely capable in all conditions - snow, mud etc. It has never got stuck in the harshest of North Yorkshire winters.
Having five doors, and five seats all with rear headrests and diagonal belts, this is a very practical family vehicle for very little money. It has only covered 64, 000 miles, and has had services when required. A recent pair of tyres and brakes were the most recent works undertaken to the vehicle, so it is ready to drive away and enjoy with no further works required at present.
Despite being a smaller 4x4, this Terios has a high specification being the "S Model" - it comes with remote control central locking, electric windows all round, air conditioning, CD/ Radio, side steps, towbar (requires detachable swan neck), power steering, airbags, electric mirrors etc etc. Suffice to say, being a Daihatsu®, everything works perfectly and always has. The vehicle was originally purchased from Evans Halshaw at a price of £8000.
As a vehicle of 8 years of age, there are some minor body-related imperfections, mainly to the front plastic bumper, low down on either side - which we have elected to leave - this is a very honest vehicle and we wish to leave it that way. These marks were made whilst it was parked each day in a multi-story car park, as the owner is a Doctor at a local hospital. They are superficial and could be improved easily if desired. The vehicle has 2 sets of keys and comes with the original handbook.
In summary, if you cannot afford the price of a Series Land Rover® to get you in and out during the winter months, then this modern, low mileage, reliable five door is well worth a look.
