This is a 15000 miles from new scammell in excellent condition new to East Midlands mine rescue , has a leyland 680 engine it has some weight in the ballast box . The winch works fine and powers in and out it was used to unload the locomotive at this years great Dorset steam fair. This a serious bit of kit not to be confused with the smaller highwayman etc.
