Just arrived, and sure to impress.
This MG Midget looks a million dollars, and after a brisk drive back to our unit, i can confirm that it drives as well as it looks.
It had been garaged for a few months prior to our acquisition, so the first job was to drop it into our local MOT tester. With very little tweaking, she emerged with a fresh MOT, and complimentary comments from the tester.
The car was repainted some years ago, so nothing on the bodywork is hidden under fresh paint. Subsequently, the bumpers were colour co ordinated in the British Racing Green, and i have to say, i think it looks really smart. The interior has been re freshed to to compliment the nice exterior, and now boasts full leather high backed sports seats, and a walnut dash kit.
We've yet to give the car a thorough inspection in our workshop, and a good drive out, but first impressions are that this a nicely improved, good looking, and nice driving MG Midget.
