horizontally opposed two cylinder,

torsion bar springs and hydraulic shock
absorbers, rear, asymmetrical, semi-

The production figures are as mysterious as the car itself:
The Toyota Sports 800 produced a total of 3131 vehicles.
But the Kanto Work says "3056 vehicles were produced" !!
Wikipedia speaks of ca. 300 LHD.
But Japan speaks of only 120 left-handers.
So you can see how rare this little car is.
The Sports 800 was one of the first production cars with Targa roof, even before the Porsche Targa.
