This is a 1997 F-150 4x4 Super Cab XLT 5. 4L EFI V8 w Overdrive
and automatic transmission with only 128 585 miles on the clock.
We are the second owner having bought the vehicle in California from the original owner. After driving it across the USA towing a vintage Airstream, we imported the Truck into the UK at the end of 2021. Tyres are in good condition and the truck runs incredibly well. The F150 includes a useful secure locakable Snug-top tonneau hard top and spare tyre. MOT is until Dec 2023.
On the downside, the hood, roof and tonneau cover paintwork has some Californian "patina" from the sun - see photos. The air-con only provides a little bit of cold air, the rest of controls work well. The worlds best selling pickup truck, the F150 truly is a beast and with this 5. 4 V8 engine its makes plenty of noise and loads of power underfoot. With less than 130000 miles on the clock there is plenty of life yet in this powerful engine with plenty of V8 burble too! Has a trusted Ford 4x4 drive, so wIth bull bars and side steps it really does look the part.
