P5 3. 0 coupé MK III 1966. manual+overdrive LHD, more rare than a P5 B. I’ve owned this car for over 20 years.
I'm the third owner of that very LHD car ( 87 / 2501 LHD produced ) and first delivered new in South West of France.
Manual with overdrive. Power steering. French original registration documents.
The car was running very well when I stopped using it .
It's a MK III in original condition from 1966 and show 70. 00 kms
on the clock (original mileage).
The late job done on this car was a full stainless double exhaust.
The engine isn't seized and very few rust points, the usual bad places don’t have. It's an affordable restoration project.
As you've understood I'm looking for a good home for my cherished "coupé" and be sure she will have a new good life, my first goal ; asking price is about 5. 400 € ....

I’ve owned this car for over 20 years and use it for classics cars meeting and rally, wedding and some trips.
The first owner of the car was a doctor in Bayonne who order it to the French Rover importer (Franco-Britannic in Paris) then delivered and serviced by the Garage J. Marmande (Rover agent) in Bayonne
( see chrome label on the left of the rear bonnet ).
I bought it from an architect (2 nd owner) living in Deauville who had it for few years.
I drove it back to my home in one trip (450 miles) without any problem ...
So I'm the third owner of that rare car ( 87 / 2501 LHD produced ) .
The car is from 1966 and show 70. 00 kms on the clock (original mileage).

My son run a garage specialized in Classic's and Land/ Range Rover for 15 years, that's why we've always had a close look very closely to all my Rover (I still have four others P4, P6 and SD 1 ) .
The engine isn't seized and very few rust points, the usual bad places don’t have. It's a reasonable restoration project.
I'm a real "Rover lover" ... but now disabled and too old to keep my cherished "coupé" and all my others old Rover ...
I wish she will have a new good life, it's my first goal, easy restoration project no structural rust like many P5, parked
in my parking for 10 years.
