1965 Alfa Romeo 1600 Sprint GT
An incredibly rare and original and driveable Sprint GT with a lovely patina, significant expenditure on mechanical work already complete, rebult 1600 engine, carbs, gearbox and brakes. No rust apart from a hole in each of the front floors. An engine out repaint and the floor repairs will be the extent of your body restoration as all of the exterior panels appear original without rust.
The interior is all original and in great condition so can be kept along with it’s period charm and patina. The original steering wheel is in place too.
I bought the car from an elderly Alfa Collector in Johannesburg where it had sat in his dry storage for a number of years. It was clear to see what an amazingly original car it is with no signs of any previous damage back or front. I commissioned one of Johannesburgs top Alfa restorers to carry out a programme of recommissioning and overhaul to ensure the car can be used immediately.

Underside of floors still has original factory applied underseal, repairs to front floors required.
