Lancia Monte Carlo spider 1978 series 1
A very solid example indeed.. I had the Lancia Inspected by specialist ITALICAR in Norwich and they continue to look after servicing, repairs and I have the car MOTd every other year..
All tyres are excellent , wheels could do with a light refurb ( being fussy ), front luggage compartment opening handle has broken but can still released from inside the car... There is a very small area of bubbling near the wing/ A pillar, was there when I bought the car ( see photo )
A trio of dials are fitted where the radio usually fits but these are not wired up but look great... Clutch and Gear box smooth and engine performs very well, History and receipts. 2 sets of keys and V5 in my nameI have owned many Lancia`s over the years - Delta HF turbo, Dedra, Thema and a 16v Integrale...
I bought this Montecarlo almost 5 years ago from South Yorkshire. Love the way it looked and a fantastic drive back to Norfolk!
The Lancia had a respray several years ago from the darker blue
(See picture) and was fitted with the Group 4 bumpers, wheel arches, spoiler, Integrale wheels, grill and Hella twin headlights.
I also purchased a Double Bubble roof from the Monte Hospital as another option and looks awesome! Also I have a pair of new roof straps and indoor car cover.. The Lancia has had a fuel injection system fitted .. The Monte drives as it should. overall an excellent Montecarlo... I have insurance agreed valuation of 19k
