Up for sale is my Beautiful 1965 Ford Corsair, 1500 automatic with a genuine 8400 miles from new. Was put away in 1967 and stored until 2006. When it had 5300 miles recorded.. has had a couple of owners since who have used it sparingly. I have done some recomissioning work. Including front caliper pistons and seals. New exhaust. Radiator clean out, water jacket clean out, new water pump and fan belt. Fresh anti freeze. Oil and filter change, tappets adjusted. Carb cleaned and new gaskets fitted. Finished in goodwood green with two tone green interior, which is like new, apart from some fading to carpets.. car has had no welding ever, nor does it need any. Looks to have been undersealed from new. All panel gaps are spot on, with zero torque door locks the doors close much better than a golf!! It has period cross ply tyres fitted. There is some micro blistering to paint, but car still looks fantastic and the interior smells like new car. This must be one of the best, lowest mileage Corsairs in the world.
