An interesting bike, looking for a new owner.
Logbook states ‘first registered 1st Feb 1950’, but it is believed the bike is older, originally despatched to Lagos from new circa 1948. (Some handwritten correspondence about this) to accompany old green continuation book, current type V5C logbook, and chunky Sunbeam owners ‘bedside book’ handbook.
Selling on behalf of a client, who has owned the bike since 1985.
The bikes runs and rides, but not been on the road for a few years. It has a new battery recently fitted.
We would describe this bike as having a general overall ‘patina’ - please see photos.
