Description
Lotus Elan + 2 S130 has benefited from a significant amount care over the past five years. The car looks very good and has a lovely interior. Recent work was initiated with a new Spydercars chassis being fitted together with a new rear chassis brace and Spax rear strut inserts.
PNM Rear rear brake calliper kit.
New starter motor
Twin Weber carburettors were professionally refurbished.
Replacement distributor with electronic ignition.
Car was painted in 2019 in Lagoon Blue with a Silver flake roof.
Leather upholstery is in great condition.
Dashboard has been refurbished with a replacement dash pad fitted this year.
Door locks are problematic and could be replaced. This Elan has had a lot of time and money sent on it. It was originally bought back from Cyprus as fully restored, but the chassis was not in great condition. Many of the issues that can often be found on these cars have already been rectified. Now looking for an appreciative owner.
Car is located on the Isle of Wight, but is close to the ferry for easy inspection. Price will include ferry ticket back to the mainland if required.
