Description
The story is that someone tried to smuggle drugs into the U. S. in this car and it was impounded during what would have been the prime of its life (!). So it, therefore, has only 10, 300 original miles. I am not sure this is the case but it might be. It has all the original fuses, looks relatively unused and most importantly is completely RUST FREE !
Right Hand Drive. In great shape. No rust. Lovely interior. Runs great. Steering rack and transmission have been rebuilt due to leaks, timing gears replaced with steel, front end completely rebuilt, a/ c compressor was rebuilt years ago, but a/ c does not work, newer tires. And it's YELLOW! It was resprayed yellow years ago (originally Reef Blue) and the exhaust and carb have been replaced (Holley 4160). The exhaust and parts of the tool kit were stolen while in storage. Otherwise, this car is a time capsule. The exhaust has been replaced. Starts right up and runs great.
Clean title. Located in Maryland. Can be driven to the Port of Baltimore for pick up. Originally a UK car, so I believe that makes it importable without taxes(?).
I am K&D Jensen, an Interceptor parts seller in the U. S. I come across these cars every once in awhile, but, alas, I cannot keep them all.
