The Ferrari 308 GT4, designed by Gandini for Bertone, is perhaps the most accessible of the Italian "wedge" cars and certainly the brand's most 70's car! The example on offer bears chassis number 15598, the last 308 GT4 produced has chassis number 15604 (delivered to the USA). Out of a total of 2, 826 examples, this was undoubtedly one of the very last to be delivered to the European market. Delivered by Charles POZZI (Paris-France) on 23 September 1980, the engine, number 04344 type F106A 020, is a perfect match and appears to have matching numbers (certificate pending). The original colour was Azzuro Métal, but it is now Argento Auteuil. The blue/ beige interior is original and shows a slight patina, and the timing gear and water pump were replaced in 2021. It is easy to handle and runs perfectly well, meeting the expectations of the most demanding enthusiasts. All inspections are welcome. A file of additional photos is available on request.
