Restored and brought back to running condition with full reliability
- Front fork replaced and serviced
- Front and rear brake calipers replaced
- Handlebar replaced
- Cork clutch replaced
- Front and rear brake linings regenerated
- Consumables: hoses, cables and rubber replaced
- Yellow bulb
- Kennedy ignition and wiring loom completely redone
- Tyres – inner tubes and rim flanges replaced
- New central stand and reinforced
- Tank treated with Restom
- Oil circuit inspected and sealed
- New chain kit
- Gearbox inspected/ revised
Engine not opened, no play or suspicious noises, good compression, starts at the first kick, carburettor changed to a more suitable Dell'Orto.
Restoration done in the spirit of keeping it period correct, bodywork in its original patina, a dent on the right front tank. This motorcycle is reliable; perhaps more faithful to the original given the evolution of materials.
I’m selling this machine so it can still make trips, my size stops me from enjoying it and I wouldn’t want to wear it out prematurely – a paradox for an old bike.
