Jeep CJ5 (= short chassis), very rare Heavy Duty option (confirmed by chassis number - Reinforced chassis, brakes, suspension, transmission, differential lock), original 304ci 5L V8 & Tremec T176 mecha 4 box, 4 seats & 4 seat belts... Power-assisted dual-circuit brakes, ventilated front discs, power steering, disengageable front hubs, Dana 30 "narrow-track" front axle + track wideners, lockable 2-piece AMC20 "narrow-track" rear axle differential + track wideners, Dana300 transfer box for changing from 2WD to 4WD, and from long to short gears, special steering damper. Old engine preparation with complete Edelbrock intake kit (including Edelbrock/ Weber 8867 600CFM four-barrel carburettor with automatic electric choke + special intake pipe + air box and filter), complete Performance exhausts in 2 separate lines with spaghetti collectors (stainless steel rear pipes, no rear silencer), special camshaft. Special integral electronic ignition + new ignition distributor + ignition wiring harness. New water radiator and cooling hoses. Fuel pump changed from mechanical to electrical, new, as well as fuel filter... The engine has been put into a non-depolluted configuration according to the rules of the art: complete removal of the air injection system, catalysts, etc. + Edelbroken cylinder head covers. + Edelbrock chrome cylinder head covers.
