The Appeal

The DKW KM 200 N is the 'Normal' variant of DKW's KM 200 range - a simpler, more utilitarian specification featuring an open flywheel and single exhaust. These pre-war German two-stroke motorcycles are increasingly scarce, and have become popular picks for restoration - especially when they're found in barn-find condition.

This particular example was discovered after years in barn storage and retains much of its original character, including factory paint, pinstripes, and its badge. A few parts are missing and no paperwork accompanies the motorcycle, but for the right buyer, it's a tantalising prospect - a rare chance to acquire an unrestored DKW with genuine patina and character.
