A very sought after example of a rare & original Alpina B3. 5, originally commissioned by Sytner Alpina from new in March of 1990, complete with build sheet and official letter of authenticity.
Finished in Island Green (2 year colour availability) with complimenting silver grey leather, including extended leather door cards and rear centre console. The leather itself is in fantastic condition and also includes the Alpina 4-spoke steering wheel and wooden gearknob.
The bodywork is in fantastic condition and the correct gold “full” Alpina stripes finish the car off nicely. There are new genuine Alpina badges sourced directly from Alpina all round (which are only available with the correct chassis and engine numbers), plus lots of new OEM-spec trim. The original staggered Alpina wheels have been refurbished recently, including the 5th spare and benefit from new badges and locks. Recently wrapped in new Kumho rubber, the car sits perfectly on new Eibach springs coupled with Bilstein shocks.
Following an extensive restoration, underneath, nearly everything is new… you’ll find OEM fuel lines, formed brake lines, brake pipes, calipers, back plates, discs, pads, mounting bushes, suspension arms, top mounts, etc. Everything is either new or powdercoated underneath. There is a huge list of replacement new items that have been fitted to finish this Alpina off to a very high standard.
This particular example has had a lot of time and money dedicated to bringing it up to its current condition. You won’t be disappointed with the condition… it drives superbly and cruises on the motorway with ease. A true collectors car…
