IVECO Daily 35S11 LWB Semi-Auto Cab Chassis 2. 3l + Diesel only 125K MILES 1 Keeper (ASDA)
This is the fully loaded model, semi automatic with electric everything!. I bought the truck for a particular project that has not gone ahead, and so am selling it again.
It was an ASDA truck that was retired when it reached the end of its lease, hence only one former keeper. I had it completely serviced and bought new alloy rims and spare wheel for it (see below). The current tyres are near new/ new. The rims need a spruce up easily done.
I bought the car to be a car transporter and had intended to have an ultra lightweight rear deck (using composite panels, being much lighter than aluminium) built for it. I also purchased 5 brand new alloy rims to help lower the overall weight and so further increase the payload. (also see below)
This truck drives beautifully as it should. Of course being a cab chassis it feels light at the rear end but this will be fixed with the weight of the rear deck.
SPARE WHEEL
These trucks do not normally come with a spare (to further increase the payload) and use a tyre inflator and a sealant can (or two). I felt that I would carry those, but being a car carrier, when loaded it could sometimes be near its upper payload so I decided the security of a spare wheel as an extra option was a worthwhile investment. That is why I bought 5 top quality alloy rims (to lower weight and increase the payload) from Germany (through a UK dealer) and a brand new spare matching tyre to give 5 top quality wheels and tyres.
The price shown does NOT include the alloy rims and spare tyre. The buyer can choose to buy them separately (or not) and pay a separate amount of £1100. 00 for all of them (below my cost). I will have the tyres fitted to the rims, all 5 wheels balanced and then fitted onto the truck at my cost.
It has also got a Tachograph which you can use (or not use) according to your situation. It is not compulsory on these 3. 5 Tonne GVW vehicles in many situations. It is driver dependent.
The vehicle has a rear running light that does not work. This is a normal thing that can occur when they remove a freezer / chiller back off the vehicle. As you will need to have a new back made for it, the rear light board get moved and in that process they will extend all the wiring and replace bulbs, fix wiring etc.
The brake pad warning light shows on the dash but the pads are also near new and its stops exactly inline as it should which means it is likely to just be a sensor, that may have become unplugged when they removed the back. Easily fixed when fitting the new back.
It also has a Tachograph which you can use (or not) as suits your situation
MOT HISTORY
DVLA records show the vehicle undertook MOT's on 31/ 7/ 2017 and 25/ 08/ 20126 and as you would expect for such a new vehicle, passed both times. No advisories are shown. The record also indicates there are no outstanding vehicle recalls. Next MOT is due 25/ 08/ 2018.
