Quite rare original Italian vespa, purchased from Retrospective Scooters Garage in London in October 2016.
Model: Vespa GT-R 125cc 1971.
The scooter has been made mechanically sound all over and preserved with its original features: a mechanical restoration without the painting.
Recently serviced plus brand new front spring, shock absorber and rear hub fitted. (all invoices history available)
Excellent reliable and fast scooter, can be used daily, very smooth runner, I have fitted a 150 cylinder kit and Scootopia exhaust and an additional steering lock which is very solid.
I have used it almost every day, always garaged at night and it has always been serviced timely by Retrospective Scooters garage. ( all service history since 2016 available ).
I am upgrading to a big bike so I need to sell this first.
This scooter really catches the eye anywhere you take it, people often stop me to take pictures or ask informations, it sure is a lot of fun, great to ride with a passenger too. Very low insurance rate with classic insurance!
I will add dust cover + additional lock and sparkle/ lighting kit.
