Beschreibung
In the spring of 1964, Innocenti introduced a completely new model in its scooter range, destined mainly for the foreign market. Produced in only 17. 642 units, with a displacement of 98 cc, the Lambretta 100 is the first Innocenti scooter built with the supporting body technology as its enemy? Wasp. Until then, the entire Innocenti advertising campaign was centered on the strength of the tube frame, which was non-deformable compared to that of its direct competitor; but now with the ?? Cento ?? even the load-bearing body is considered a right way to go and to advertise with pride. The engine conceptually derives from those mounted on the LI-TV series but with some differences: the vertical cylinder, the simplex chain and the 3-speed gearbox. The proposed model presents a new engine and painting carried out by professionals. Enrolled A. S. I.
