A very rare 1978 Ducati 500 Desmo Sport Parallel Twin, these Desmodromic models rarely come up for sale, this bike was imported into the U. K. in 2000 and first registered on 11/ 04/ 2000, on the V5C it has a declared year of manufacture as 1978 and given an age related registration number with “S” plate, correct for the year, this bike was restored several years ago and placed into storage joining a collection of bikes, since I purchased the bike earlier in the year it has been through my workshop and fully recommissioned, serviced, had lots of things put right or repaired and sorted to make everything work and perform as it should do, I have listed all the work and parts for the new owner, I have given the bike a good long road test to make sure all is okay, in fact it was so much fun I didn’t really want to get off, the bike will come with a new MOT certificate ready for the new owner to ride and enjoy, it still has a Km/ hr speedo which now works and has 26715 km recorded
