RE-ADVERTISED DUE TO SCAMMERS. I am selling my Armstrong Siddeley Sapphire 3. 4 automatic as I cant find the time to do the jobs I would like to do. I purchased the Car in July 2018 to use as a Wedding Car alongside my other two Wedding Cars. However finding the time is proving difficult. I am a member of the Armstrong Siddeley Owners Club & they have a excellent spares department. I would like my Car to go to a good home. These Cars are currently fetching high prices, but I am selling mine at a realistic price as there are a few jobs to be done to make it a perfect Car, hence the ?6, 750. 00 asking price. The brake shoes have been renewed recently along with recondition wheel cylinders, link pipes and fresh brake fluid. The anti-freeze has been replaced also. The automatic transmission was reconditioned in November 2007 at 63595 miles and is faultless giving a smooth gear change, the current mileage is 68412 however this may increase due to giving it a short run rather than just sitting in the garage. As the previous owner mentioned it has been in the past fitted with an electronic ignition. and a stainless steel exhaust. The tyres are in very good condition, and it has a new flasher unit fitted. It comes with a lot of receipts for parts & jobs that have been done in the recent past, along with a replacement carpet set. The bodywork and chassis are in very good condition, with the odd flaw here & there on the bodywork as would be expected with a Car of this age, and the interior is good also with good seats/ door cards and headlining. The wood is in good condition, but the dash could do with being re done, or use as it is. In the Cars early days the owner had the front N/ S door window changed to electric for his Wife, this is not currently working, however it could be simply put back to manual by refitting a window winder handle. or repair the electric side of it. The fuel tank does leak when it is over half filled, as it leaks on the seam. otherwise OK. The ignition feed has been bypassed from the push button switch due to a break in the wire somewhere as mentioned from the previous owner. Something a auto electrician could rectify. When I changed the anti freeze last week the connection on the heater valve where the hose clips on, broke off, so this has been bypassed at the moment.
Other than this the Car is in good condition. It is tax & MOT exempt. You can check the last time it had an MOT by visiting check an MOT GOV. UK. And I would recommend that the new owner gives the Car a service and change the oil etc. The Car comes with a few spares including a front bumper, windscreen, radiator, repair manual etc. The rear bumper would benefit from a repair & re chrome, or could use it as it is. The driver & front passenger door does not seem to lock from the outside, but hopefully may be a simple fix. Extra photos can be sent on request.

ALL OF THE PREVIOUS SCAMMERS HAVE HAD THEIR DETAILS NOTED AND ANY FURTHER ATTEMPTS FROM ANYONE TRYING THEIR LUCK, WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE. I WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF THESE KIND OF PEOPLE.
